2. Subscription


2.1 Monthly Subscription

You agree to pay the monthly subscription fee specified during the registration process. Payments will be automatically deducted from your provided payment method.


2.2 Billing and Payments

Payments are due on a monthly basis. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.


3. Use of the Service


3.1 License

Subject to these terms, Fluent Email grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business use.


3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

   a. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws.

   b. Attempt to access or use the Service in an unauthorized manner.

   c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.


4. Privacy


4.1 Data Collection

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.


4.2 ChatGPT Interaction

You acknowledge that interactions with ChatGPT are generated by a machine learning model and Fluent Email is not responsible for the accuracy or consequences of such interactions.


5. Intellectual Property


5.1 Ownership

Fluent Email retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including any updates, modifications, or enhancements.


6. Termination


Fluent Email may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluent Email shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Fluent Email Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using Fluent Email's Software as a Service AI Email Assistant and participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Use of the Service


2.1 License

Subject to these terms, Fluent Email grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business use.


2.2 Restrictions

You may not:

3. Affiliate Program


3.1 Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must have a registered account with our service and a Stripe account to receive payment. 


3.2 Earnings

You will earn a commission of 33% of the subscription fee for each customer you refer who becomes a subscriber to the service for as long as they are subscribed up to one year or 12 months you will receive a 33% commission on their monthly subscription payments or their one time annual payment.


3.3 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal for affiliate earnings is $15 USD. Withdrawals can be made through Stripe.


3.4 Termination

Fluent Email reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause.


4. Privacy
